Traffic Ticket?

So my roommate got two tickets in Saint Louis. It was on Lindbergh by Lindbergh High School in South County. One was for driving without head lights and the other was for changing lanes without a blinker. How much is he looking at for a fine?



He got a ticket around July last year for going 15 mph over and got it reduced to a parking violation through a traffic law office. Would he be able to do that?



Also what about his insurance? I know they may not even notice the tickets but he is going to try and get a new car in late June, would that affect anything?

doesn't it say right at the bottom of the tickets?

thats the way they do it around here, they hand you a piece of paper (your ticket) and it says how much you have to pay.
