Why are songs from the 80s movie "Better Off Dead" affecting my mental health?

I just watched some of the movie %26quot;Better Off Dead%26quot; with John Cusack, and have a really weird problem. When Two songs started playing (when they are working on the car and when cusack takes french girl out) i started to feel really sick. i was watching the movie for about 20 minutes and then the first song came on and i had to change the channel. i started feeling really dizzy and started to hear and see things. i also started feeling really confused. It felt like when you are really sick with the flu or something and start to hear and see things. after a while i kept thinking about how wierd it was so i changed the channel back. i didn't feel that way again until the second song came on. immediately i started to feel the same way. i started to hear things and i felt this wierd numbness in my head. i changed the channel again and then i felt better. what the heck is going on? i know people can have seizures from tv (flashing lights) is this music messing up the wiring in my brain?

My sister has inner ear problems. They are minor, but certain sounds or pitch levels cause the same or similar symptoms as you describe. She doesn't attend concerts anymore. She also can't stand hearing a waterfall and sometimes get nauseated hearing water filling in a bath tub.She will also get dizzy and confused until the noise stops.

Do any other sounds bother you?
