Health question...Head Aches, nausea, exhaustion, etc...?

About 5 years ago, I was told that I have hypoglycemia. When I need to eat, I get shaky, then sick. If I wait too long, I get light headed and vomit, %26amp; then I feel tired鈥eally tired to the point that I feel like I am going to fall asleep where I am standing. I was given no guidelines on how to take care of this problem and since then, I have been told by new doctors that I am not sick and that it is all in my head. Recently, things have changed. I am also now getting very frequent head aches (for weeks at a time) and I feel nauseous at various times through out the day. I don鈥檛 want to feel sick anymore! I have no idea what is wrong with me and the doctors I have seen seem to think that it is no big deal. Do any of you out there think that you might know what is wrong or know someone who has gone through something similar? Thank you!

I don't have hypoglycemia, but i can relate to the light headedness and nauseating feeling along with tiredness too. The headaches could be a cause from too much stress, or life situation, once you can get that under control they will lessen. I am in chronic pain all the time but i watch what i eat, and the stress in my life. I know everyone reacts differently to life so you have to be your own advocate and inside your body doctor. As you probably already know your body will let you know when things are right or you haven't found the right remedy to relieve some symptoms. Keep on searching, and good luck. :)

Try eating something every 2-3 hours. See if this helps with your simptoms. If so, tell your Dr what you did nad see if he will check you again.
I know how you feel. I have been having numerous headaches, dizziness and just all around feel like I'm in a haze.. When i go to the Dr they tell me it's stress and that i need to cut Caffeine out of my diet. I have done that and the problem is still there.. I really think that Dr's have no idea what they are talking about!!!

Do you have low blood pressure?? That can cause alot of what your feeling.. Has some thing changed in your diet in the last few months that you can think of that can contribute?? Food allergies a possibility?
