How to make my 2000 VW GTI look like one of the 2007 or 2006's?

I would like to change the head lights, and the front of the car to look like on of the new ones, I%26#039;ve looked on Ebay for headlights now I need a web site, or parts dealer that is legal and can ensure that their parts are not chop shop parts. Do you know of any web sites that carry body kits for the that look like the new GTI%26#039;s. Also do you know of any places that could put a body kit on because I do not have time to do it myself. also for install, i would go to vwvortex.com, or any other car forum, and go to the regional forum for good body shops|||With what it would cost to fabricate everything and not have it look like garbage you will spen about $10,000. You not only need the headlights, but the front fenders, hood, and front bumper as well. You would also have to have all the mounting points custom fabricated as the mounting holes are different.
