btw, was John C one of the guys working there? (thh)|||Is it the bulb or reflector you are trying to change?

To change the bulbs on most cars and trucks you have to pop the hood and reach behind the headlight. Then grab the round plastic peice that clips onto the back of the reflector, turn 1/4, and pull straight out.

To change the reflector you might have to remove the battery, overfill tank, or something else. Then there should be 3-4 screws that mount the reflector to the body panel. Remove them and it should come right out.
